Conditions Regarding the Optional Foreign Language Preparatory Class

The language of instruction in our department is Turkish, and a one-year foreign language preparatory program is not compulsory.
Conditions Regarding Internship, Education Model, Practical Training, Industry-Based Education, and Internship Opportunities Outside the Province

The undergraduate program consists of a total of 8 semesters. Each academic year includes two semesters: Fall and Spring.

Students can benefit from computer laboratories as part of applied courses. These facilities are intended to support the practical application of theoretical knowledge in a computer-based environment.

A compulsory internship is required in order to enable students to gain first-hand experience in the industry and apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their education. During the compulsory internship period, students' insurance expenses are covered by the Faculty.

Compulsory internships are not limited to Kütahya. Students may complete their internship requirements in organizations located in other provinces of Türkiye.

Completing a total of 60 working days of compulsory professional internship is among the graduation requirements for students of our department.

There is no specific clothing requirement associated with the practice of the profession.

A mid-range personal computer is generally sufficient for students to carry out course-related practical work.
Conditions Regarding the Program, Faculty, and Campus

Our department is located on the Evliya Çelebi Campus. The departments of the Faculty of Engineering are arranged around a central courtyard, which provides students with an area for relaxation and social activities. A cafeteria is also located within this area.

The university campus also offers a dining hall, library, a lake surrounded by natural scenery, and a café.

Through student clubs, students are encouraged both to socialize and to gain experience related to their academic and professional fields.
